A white wine born from red grapes. The Monsaraz Syrah Blanc de Noir 2025, produced by CARMIM in Reguengos de Monsaraz, reveals a surprising expression of the Syrah grape variety, resulting in a fresh, aromatic, and elegant wine.

The term Blanc de Noir identifies precisely this particularity: a white wine made from a red grape variety. After the grapes are selected and destemmed, pressing takes place under protection against oxidation. The free-run juice is then clarified and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 15–16 °C, preserving the aromas.

With a crystalline appearance and clear color, it presents notes of red fruits combined with nuances of white fruit and spices. On the palate, the lively and vibrant acidity provides freshness, accompanied by a delicate mineral touch and a long, persistent, and elegant finish.

Versatile at the table, it pairs with sushi, seafood, fish dishes, salads, and white meats. It is also an excellent choice as an aperitif, for discovering a different facet of Alentejo wines.
