Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your order up until the date of dispatch by emailing info@merceariadeportugal.com
If you are not completely satisfied with the products received, you may return them within a maximum period of 15 days, as set out in Article 6 of Decree-Law No. 143/2001 and Decree-Law No. 82/2008. We will refund the full value of the product, provided that it is in the same condition as when sent.
To receive a refund for the value of the products, it is necessary to send photographs of the damaged products via email.
