Clear, bright greenish color. The nose is very clean, exotic, and intense, showcasing the variety's full expressiveness. Notes of tropical fruits, cut grass, asparagus, lemon, and some candied fruit. The tasting reveals a vibrant and vigorous freshness, well balanced by the fruit's volume. The tasting sensation constantly leads us to the sensation of freshness and complexity of the variety's nose, with a long, mineral finish.
