Red:

Partial aging for one year in new French Allier oak barrels and casks, fine grain and medium firing.

Aroma : deep and complex, with wood toast, blackberry, chocolate and some balsamic notes.
In the mouth : enveloping, full but fresh, notes of bitter cocoa and pepper at the end

Grape varieties: Syrah, Aragonez, Trincadeira

White:

Grape varieties: Antão Vaz, Gouveio and Viognier

Vol: 13%

Color : light straw

Aroma : white fruits with light notes
wood toast

In the mouth : good mouth volume, with good toast
