Monsaraz Tradição Red Wine
Produced by Carmim, in the medieval village of Monsaraz, this Alentejo red is crafted from the Aragonês, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet grape varieties. With an intense ruby color, it features an aroma of ripe red fruits with subtle notes of spice. On the palate, it is soft, balanced and has a persistent finish, reflecting all the authenticity and tradition of the Alentejo region.
Ideal to accompany grilled meats, game dishes and cured cheeses.
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol | Serve at: 16 –18 °C

Monsaraz Tradição White Wine
A fresh and elegant wine from Carmim, produced with the Antão Vaz, Arinto and Perrum grape varieties. It presents a clear citrus color and a fruity aroma with notes of green apple and tropical fruits. On the palate, it is balanced, light and refreshing, with well-integrated acidity and a harmonious finish.
Perfect to accompany seafood, grilled fish and fresh salads.

Monsaraz Tradição Rosé Wine
Delicate and inviting, the Monsaraz Tradição Rosé is the result of the Aragonês and Touriga Nacional grape varieties. With a soft pink color, it reveals an aroma of fresh strawberries and raspberries, with subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is light, fresh and fruity, with a smooth and elegant finish.
Excellent for appetizers, white meats, seafood and light summer dishes.
