Pouca Roupa Red – João Portugal Ramos

Grape Varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional, and Alfrocheiro

An Alentejo red wine with an intense ruby color, produced from a blend that combines the structure of Alicante Bouschet, the aromatic elegance of Touriga Nacional, and the freshness of Alfrocheiro.

On the nose, it reveals ripe red fruits, plum, and light floral and spicy notes. On the palate, it is balanced, with soft tannins, good structure, and a harmonious, persistent finish.

Ideal for pairing with grilled meats, traditional Portuguese dishes, pasta, and boards of cheese and cured meats.

Recommended serving temperature: 16–18ºC.

Pouca Roupa White – João Portugal Ramos

Grape Varieties: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

A fresh and vibrant white wine, made exclusively from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety.

It presents an intense and expressive aroma, with notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and a light vegetal touch characteristic of the variety. On the palate, it is fresh, elegant, and with excellent acidity, ending long and very balanced.

Perfect for pairing with grilled fish, seafood, salads, and light dishes. Also excellent as an aperitif.

Pouca Roupa Rosé – João Portugal Ramos

Grape Varieties: Aragonês, Touriga Nacional, and Cabernet Sauvignon

A young and aromatic rosé, with a bright, light pink hue.

On the nose, aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and delicate floral notes stand out. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and very pleasant, with a light and refreshing finish.

Ideal for salads, Mediterranean dishes, appetizers, or relaxing moments in the late afternoon.

Recommended serving temperature: 8–10ºC.
