Produced in copper stills, distilled immediately after the bagasse harvest, this freshly fermented red wine is the recipe for one of the greatest hits at Caves de São Domingos. Once again, rigor and quality have led to the habit of ordering "A bica and a São Domingos por favor." This excellent digestif is served at room temperature or well chilled. The bartender offers a variety of bagasse shots.
