The slow and natural aging of this cachaça in French Limousin oak barrels for at least 5 years develops a surprising richness of aromas, flavors, and colors, preserving the initial essence of the wine without losing its truly pleasant palate, concentrating rich floral aromas and finishing with a touch of vanilla, marking a unique São Domingos style. Aroma with toasted notes, dried fruits on a balsamic background, with resinous notes. On the palate, it maintains an austere style with a sweet finish.
