Originating from the Moura region in the Lower Alentejo, this DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a true emblem of Portuguese tradition. Produced from the Galega, Cordovil and Verdeal varieties, harvested in the demarcated Protected Designation of Origin area, it stands out for its ripe fruity profile , with notes of apple, fig and fresh herbs , slightly bitter and spicy on the finish.
With a maximum acidity of 0.5% , it is a balanced and aromatic olive oil, ideal for seasoning salads, finishing dishes, grilling meats, fish or vegetables.
