Cabriz DOC Brut White Sparkling Wine is an expression of the elegance and tradition of the Dão region. Produced using the classic method, it results from a careful process that includes gentle pneumatic pressing, low-temperature fermentation, and a minimum aging of 12 months in the cellar, followed by 2 months in the bottle after disgorgement. Created by winemaker Osvaldo Amado , it presents fine and persistent bubbles, fresh and fruity aromas, combined with a balanced acidity that gives it vivacity and sophistication. Recognized in prestigious competitions, it was awarded the Silver Medal at the Wines of Portugal Competition and the Golden Grape Competition , where it also won the title of Best of the Region . A versatile sparkling wine, ideal for toasting special occasions or accompanying fish dishes, seafood, and delicate appetizers.

Cabriz DOC Brut White Sparkling Wine is composed of the grape varieties Encruzado (40%) , Bical (40%) and Malvasia-Fina (20%) .
