Produced by the Vidigueira, Cuba and Alvito Cooperative Winery , the Vidigueira Escolha dos Sócios Antão Vaz is an exclusive and distinctive wine, made 100% from the emblematic Antão Vaz grape variety, the greatest symbol of the Vidigueira region.
It has a bright golden color and an intense and complex aroma , with notes of ripe tropical fruits, vanilla and honey , well integrated with hints of toast and spices , resulting from its partial aging in French oak barrels.
On the palate it is full-bodied, creamy and elegant , with balanced acidity and a long, harmonious and persistent finish , reflecting all the excellence and tradition of Adega da Vidigueira.
Ideal to accompany oily fish, seafood, white meats and oven-baked dishes.
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol | Serve at: 10–12 °C
