🍷 HT Syrah Red Wine – Tiago Cabaço Wines (Alentejo DOC)
Produced in Estremoz , in the heart of the Alentejo region , HT Syrah is a wine with a striking and modern personality , made exclusively with the Syrah grape variety, which here achieves an intense and captivating expression under the Alentejo sun.
It has a deep ruby color and a concentrated aroma of ripe black fruits, plum, black pepper, and subtle notes of vanilla and cocoa , resulting from its partial aging in French oak barrels.
On the palate it is full-bodied, elegant and balanced , with soft and round tannins, well-integrated acidity and a long, persistent finish , which reflects the refined and contemporary style of Tiago Cabaço wines.
Ideal to accompany grilled meats, oven-baked dishes and aged cheeses.
Alcohol content: 14% vol | Serve at: 16–18 °C
