This Fortified Wine was made exclusively from the "Roupeiro" grape variety, the most important white grape variety in the Alentejo region. After selecting the best ripe grapes in the vineyard, they were carefully crushed in the winery, separating the must. The resulting must was then fermented with specially selected grape brandy, resulting in a product of excellent quality. To enhance its organoleptic characteristics, this Fortified Wine, VLQPRD Alentejo, is aged for 6 to 8 months in French oak barrels.
