Canto do Monge Reserva Alicante Bouschet is an intense, full-bodied and sophisticated wine, produced exclusively with the Alicante Bouschet grape variety, one of the most emblematic of the Alentejo region .
It has a deep, dark ruby ​​color and a complex aroma of ripe black fruits, cocoa, coffee, and fine spices , with elegant notes of vanilla and toast , resulting from prolonged aging in French oak barrels.
On the palate it is powerful, structured and velvety , with firm and well-integrated tannins, balanced acidity and a long, elegant and persistent finish , reflecting the noble character of this grape variety and the warm Alentejo terroir.
Ideal to accompany red meats, game dishes, cured meats and aged cheeses.
