Intense garnet color with medium density, so characteristic of the variety. The nose reveals dried fruit, coffee, and a touch of chocolate, but is somewhat closed, increasing in intensity with age and menthol notes. On the palate, it presents intense notes of cherry, tobacco, and various mineral notes that sometimes dominate the palate, in addition to a great freshness and vegetal flavor. Deep, dry tannins reveal an imperative gastronomic profile.
