Produced by the Santo Isidro de Pegões Cooperative Winery , Rovisco Pais Premium Tinto is a modern and elegant Alentejo wine, made from Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes.
It has an intense ruby ​​color and a rich aroma of ripe red and black fruits , with notes of vanilla, chocolate and fine spices , resulting from its partial aging in French and American oak barrels.
On the palate it is full-bodied, round and velvety , with soft and well-integrated tannins, finishing with a long and persistent finish that reveals all the quality and tradition of Adega de Pegões.
Ideal to accompany red meats, game dishes and aged cheeses.
Alcohol content: 14% vol | Serve at: 16–18 °C
