Toutinegra Grande Escolha is a distinctive and powerful wine, produced in the heart of the Alentejo region from the best grape varieties of the area: Alicante Bouschet, Syrah and Touriga Nacional , carefully selected from low-yield vineyards.
It has a deep ruby ​​color and an intense and complex aroma , with notes of ripe black fruits, compote, cocoa and fine spices , elegantly enveloped by hints of vanilla and toast , resulting from prolonged aging in French oak barrels.
On the palate it is full-bodied, structured and enveloping , with firm and ripe tannins, balanced acidity and a long, refined and persistent finish that reveals all the nobility and depth of this exceptional wine.
Ideal to accompany red meats, game dishes and aged cheeses.
