Dona Ermelinda Sparkling Wine

Sparkling wine produced in the Palmela DOC region from 85% Fernão Pires and 15% Arinto grapes. Aged for at least 9 months in the bottle. It reveals a bright yellow color, fruity, reminiscent of citrus and tropical fruits. Good structure and good acidity that gives it freshness and longevity. The finish is reminiscent of the fruit, fresh and pleasant. Ideal as an aperitif or accompanying fatty meats.

Alcohol content: 12.5%.
