Produced by the renowned Casa Ermelinda Freitas , in the Setúbal Peninsula, Dona Ermelinda Reserva Tinto is an excellent wine, made from the Castelão, Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties.
It has a deep garnet color and intense aromas of ripe black fruits, spices, and notes of vanilla and chocolate , resulting from aging in oak barrels.
On the palate it is full-bodied, elegant and velvety , with round tannins and a long, harmonious finish that reveals all the richness of Palmela's winemaking tradition.
Ideal to accompany red meats, oven-baked dishes, game, and aged cheeses.
Alcohol content: 14.5% vol | Serve at: 16–18 °C

Dona Ermelinda Reserva Branco , from Casa Ermelinda Freitas , is a fresh and elegant wine, produced from Fernão Pires, Arinto, and Chardonnay grapes. Golden straw in color , it presents intense aromas of tropical fruits, honey, and vanilla , with delicate toasty notes resulting from partial aging in barrels.
On the palate it is creamy, balanced and persistent , with a lively acidity that gives it freshness and sophistication.
Perfect to accompany oily fish, seafood, white meats and oven-baked dishes.
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol | Serve at: 10–12 °C
