Chamomile tea is recommended for indigestion, uterine cramps, and sedative effects for sunburn, conjunctivitis, and tired eyes (apply compresses infused with the flower preparation). As a tea, if used daily, it reduces muscle pain, menstrual tension, stress, insomnia, diarrhea, and urinary tract inflammation; mixed with mint tea and honey, it combats flu and colds. As an infusion, it is beneficial for the liver, anti-allergy, and helps with rheumatism and neuralgia.
