Casa de Mateus Alperce jam is prepared using the traditional bain-marie method. To obtain a jam of optimal quality, we use only the best ingredients: carefully selected fruits, lemon juice that preserves them naturally, sugar, and fruit pectin, a gelling agent extracted from apples and citrus fruits.

We don't add any artificial colors or preservatives!
