Composed of a balanced mixture of lean meat and black pork fat, called garlic and salt, as the mixture excludes paprika paste, resulting in a lower salt content, with the aim of offering the consumer a less invasive and healthier sausage with a more natural flavor and appearance, pinkish in color, matching the color of the meat itself. In appearance, it is a traditional Alentejo sausage in the shape of a horseshoe.

Serving Suggestion:
It should preferably be eaten raw and in thin slices, but can also be eaten cooked, baked or fried.
