It is a balanced mixture of lean meat and fat from black pork, called garlic and salt, as the paprika paste was excluded from its mixture, resulting in a lower salt content, with the aim of offering the consumer a less invasive and healthier sausage with a more natural taste and appearance, pinkish according to the color of the meat itself, in its appearance it is a traditional Alentejo sausage in the shape of a horseshoe.

Suggested Consumption:
It should preferably be eaten raw and in thin slices, but it can also be eaten cooked, baked, or fried.
