This delicious black pork sausage is a balanced blend of lean meat and fat from black pork, known as "garlic and salt" because the paprika paste has been excluded from the mixture, consequently reducing the salt content, in order to offer the consumer a healthier and more natural sausage. Natural in flavor, appearance and color.
