After careful grape selection and harvesting at the ideal point of ripeness, the base wine fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, following direct pressing. Aged on fine lees for 6 months with periodic fermentation. Second fermentation in the bottle, using the classic method, followed by aging on lees and intermittent fermentation for 19 months in the cellars of the Convento da Cartuxa. First, Disgorgement in November 2015.
