House Farinheira: Sausage made from minced pork mixed with flour, additives, seasonings, and spices. The resulting mixture is stuffed into a previously washed natural pork casing. The final step involves drying, initially in an electric kiln, then subsequently in a holm oak wood-fired kiln (which gives it its characteristic flavor and aroma), and finally, it is placed in a drying room to complete the curing process.
