Young, fresh and elegant, Mateus Sparkling Brut Rosé is a Portuguese sparkling wine perfect for toasts and making any occasion extra special. It features a delicate pink hue, fine and persistent bubbles, and pleasant floral aromas, with notes of apple, pear, and raspberry, and a subtle touch of toasted bread. On the palate, it is refreshing and balanced, with a delicate and aromatic finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs very well with canapés, seafood, suckling pig, salads, and red fruit desserts. Serve well chilled, between 6°C and 8°C.
