Herdade Papa Leite is located in the heart of Alto Alentejo, in Alter do Chão.
Its origins date back to the 17th century, when it was used for cork oaks, holm oaks, cereals, and Alentejana cattle. Today, with the introduction of the Aberdeen-Angus cattle breed and the cultivation of olive groves and vineyards, the estate also produces excellent-quality meat, olive oil, and wine.
