In an uncertain country, an election process unfolds with complete normality. At the end of the day, after counting the votes, it turns out that in the capital, approximately 70% of voters cast blank ballots. When elections are held again the following Sunday, the number of blank ballots exceeds 80%. Fearful and suspicious, the government, instead of questioning voters' motives for casting blank ballots, decides to launch a massive police operation to discover the source of infection undermining its political base and eliminate it. And thus, a violent rupture is unleashed between political power and the people, whose interests it is supposed to serve, not affront.
