Ingredients/Composition
Rice ingredients: Rice. Toppings: extra virgin olive oil. Dehydrated broth: spices (garlic, onion, paprika, pepper and saffron), salt, natural flavorings (contain CRUSTACEANS, HAKE and SEAFOOD EXTRACT), sugar, tomato and (curcumin).
- Instructions: 1. Add the oil (30 ml) to the pan and heat over medium-low heat. For a personal touch, sauté some pieces of squid and shrimp or incorporate some mussels in the last 5 minutes of cooking (ingredients not included). 2. Add the rice (200 g) and stir for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add the dehydrated stock (25 g) and distribute well. Add 750 ml of warm water (3 cups) and increase the heat to medium-high. 4. Cook over medium-high heat for the first 10 minutes. Then, reduce the heat to medium-low until the rice has absorbed all the liquid (approx. 10 minutes more). Tip: the heat should be evenly distributed across the entire base of the paella pan.
