"Azeite de Moura" is an extra virgin olive oil and virgin olive oil, obtained mechanically from olives of the Galega, Verdeal, and Cordovil varieties, which produce an oil with unique chemical and sensory characteristics. The Verdeal variety accounts for a maximum of 15-20% of the olive oil, the Cordovil variety for a minimum of 35-40%, and the Galega variety for the remaining percentage.
