The fertile lands of the Varosa Valley are the birthplace of Murganheira wines and sparkling wines, always associated with the highest quality standards. Here, where the Douro and Beira rivers meet, excellent climatic and geological conditions conduce to the genesis of the most intense flavors and aromas. The result is superior-quality wines, the basis for the best Portuguese sparkling wines. This sparkling wine is produced with the Cerceal and Malvasia Fina grape varieties. Using rigorously selected grapes and carefully vinified using the most rigorous technologies, Caves Murganheira produced this quality sparkling wine through second fermentation in the bottle, using the classic method. Ideal for festive events, it pairs perfectly with cakes and sweets. Its light yellow color and fine, refined bubbles. The aromas are led by macerated apple fruit, freshly cut herbs, and some sweet pastries. The trailing flowers are intense, finishing fresh and complete. The mouth is refreshed by the creamy foam. Once again, there are large amounts of macerated fruit along with sweet biscuit flavors and a light floral note. The palate has a medium lingering finish.
