Description: By combining traditional know-how with the unique characteristics of the Alentejo black pig, raised in the montado (cork oak woodland) and taking advantage of the region's microclimate, Sabores de Barrancos produced the Salsichão de Barrancos (Barrancos Sausage). A truly excellent product, made with the finest cuts of black pig pork through natural curing, its taste transports us to the delicious flavors of bygone eras.

Ingredients: Black pork (96%), fat (4%), olive oil, salt (18%), spices, sodium chloride, preservatives (E-250 and E-252), antioxidants (E-330, E-331 and E-575), dextrose, lactose, modified starch, emulsifiers (E-450 and E-452) and milk proteins. Contains lactose.
