This wine acquires its unique characteristics through the process of fermentation, followed by a three-year aging in oak barrels before bottling. It is excellent as an aperitif. It was bottled ready to drink, but it will keep well for several months after opening. Ouru Medal - Berliner Wein Trophy 2011.
