Description: Flavors of Barrancos combines traditional know-how with the unique characteristics of Alentejo's black pig, raised in montados and taking advantage of the region's microclimate. A truly excellent product, made with the noble tusks of the black pig through natural curing, its taste transports us to the delicious tastes of times gone by.

Ingredients: Black pork (96%), fat (4%), olive oil, salt (18%), spices, sodium chloride, preservatives (E-250 and E-252), antioxidants (E-330, E-331 and E-575), dextrose, lactose, modified starch, emulsifiers (E-450 and E-452) and milk proteins. Contains Lactose.

Flavor and Aroma: Slightly salty, slightly spicy.
