The term Blanc de Noir identifies this specific characteristic: a white wine made from a red grape variety. After the grapes are selected and destemmed, pressing takes place under protection against oxidation. The free-run juice is then clarified and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 15–16 °C, preserving its aromas.

With a crystalline appearance and clear color, it presents notes of red fruits combined with nuances of white fruit and spices. On the palate, the lively and vibrant acidity provides freshness, accompanied by a delicate mineral touch and a long, persistent, and elegant finish.

Versatile at the table, it pairs well with sushi, seafood, fish dishes, salads, and white meats. It is also an excellent option as an aperitif, to discover a different facet of Alentejo wines.
