Canto do Monge Branco Premium 2023 emanates from the relaxing landscapes of Herdade do Corval, with its clay soils, aerated by its proximity to the banks of the Alqueva River. It offers a citrusy yellow color with yellow-fleshed fruits, loquats, and papaya. Fresh fruit that emerges on the palate, enveloped by tropical and citrus aromas with a hint of vanilla, supported by a structure and smooth acidity that creates a rich bouquet. It pairs well with Mediterranean fish, pasta, and cheese dishes.
