Evolving red fruits, from a primary stage to some fruit jelly. There are also chocolatey and balsamic notes. Textured on the palate, it has great density and a finish that suggests it's ready for the table. It will continue to evolve.

White:

Citrus color. Aromas with excellent aromatic intensity. On the palate, it displays volume, freshness, balance, and persistence.
