Produced in the demarcated Douro region, the Fonte da Perdiz Reserva Red is crafted from traditional grape varieties Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Tinta Roriz, selected from vineyards located on the schistous slopes of the valley.
It features an intense ruby color and a complex aroma of ripe black fruits, spices, and elegant notes of wood, the result of aging in French oak barrels.
On the palate, it is full-bodied, balanced, and persistent, with round tannins and a velvety texture that reveals all the elegance of Douro wines.
Ideal for pairing with grilled meats, oven-baked dishes, game, and aged cheeses.
Alcohol content: 14% vol | Serve at: 16–18 °C
