🍷 Cartuxa Colheita Tinto
Cartuxa Colheita Tinto is an emblematic wine from the Alentejo region, produced by the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation in Évora. It represents the balance between tradition and elegance that has made the Cartuxa brand one of the most prestigious in the country.
Made from the Aragonez, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet grape varieties, this wine ages for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels and a further few months in the bottle before being released to the market.
Deep ruby ​​in color , it presents intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits , such as plum and blackberry, combined with notes of spices, cocoa, and light touches of vanilla and tobacco from aging in wood.
On the palate it is rich and captivating , with fine tannins, balanced acidity and a long, persistent finish, revealing all the personality and nobility of the Alentejo terroir.
Serving suggestions: ideal to accompany red meats, game, cured meats and aged cheeses.
Serve between 16°C and 18°C.
Alcohol content: approximately 14%.

🥂 Cartuxa Colheita Branco
Cartuxa Colheita Branco is a fresh and elegant wine from the Alentejo region, also produced by the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation in Évora.
This wine is made from the AntĂŁo Vaz, Roupeiro, and Arinto grape varieties, carefully selected from the estate's vineyards. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks , preserving the aromatic character and natural freshness of the grapes as much as possible.
It has a citrine color with greenish reflections and delicate aromas of white and citrus fruits , with floral notes and a light minerality that gives it elegance and harmony.
On the palate, it is balanced and vibrant , with good acidity and a fresh, lingering finish — ideal for those who appreciate modern white wines with an Alentejo identity.
Serving suggestions: perfect to accompany seafood, grilled fish, salads and mild cheeses.
Serve between 8°C and 10°C.
Alcohol content: approximately 13%.
