House Sausage: A sausage made from pork, cut into pieces larger than 1 cm, mixed with additives, seasonings, and spices. The resulting mixture undergoes a maturation process for 2 to 4 days, then is filled into previously washed natural pork casings. The final step is drying, first in an electric oven, then placed in a wood-fired oven (which gives it its characteristic flavor and aroma), and finally placed in a drying room to complete the curing process.
