Cartuxa Harvest Rosé Wine

75 CL
Cartuxa rosé was produced from two plots of Touriga Nacional, planted in the vineyards of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation. Ten percent of the blend fermented in used barrels, enhancing volume and unctuousness, while the remainder was aged in stainless steel tanks. This wine's quality is linked to the name of the Carthusian monks who, since 1598, practiced a solitary life of prayer at the Convent of Santa Maria Scala Coeli in Évora.
The Cartuxa brand is one of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation's main assets and the current umbrella brand of Adega Cartuxa. The brand embodies the identity of Vinea, EA, Foral de Évora, Cartuxa, Scala Coeli, and the legendary Pêra-Manca wines. Excellence, quality, and individuality, in a unique style that sets it apart and defines an Alentejo classic. The Eugénio de Almeida Foundation's commitment to creating excellent products has been recognized with numerous awards over the past few years.
