Curvada de Velha – White Pomace Brandy (Caves Velhas)

The Curvada de Velha White Pomace Brandy, from Caves Velhas, is an elegant expression of the Portuguese tradition of distillation. Produced from carefully selected grape pomace, it reveals the knowledge and precision of a house with a long history in the wine world.

Clear and crystalline in appearance, it has a transparent color with subtle bluish reflections. On the nose, it stands out for its aromatic complexity, with enveloping notes of ripe fruit, especially plum, accompanied by nuances of dried fig. On the palate, it is smooth, velvety, and harmonious, with a persistent finish that invites slow and appreciative tasting.

Ideal for serving as a digestif, neat or slightly chilled, it is perfect for moments of conviviality or to finish a meal with character.
