Produced in copper stills, distilled immediately after the pomace harvest, this freshly fermented red wine is the recipe for one of the greatest successes of Caves de São Domingos. Once again, the rigor and quality have created the habit of ordering "A bica and a São Domingos, please". An excellent digestif served at room temperature or very chilled. The bartender offers a variety of shots of bagaceira (a type of brandy).
