Alheira Dª Elisa: Sausage made from ground poultry and pork mixed with bread, additives, seasonings, and spices. The resulting mixture is stuffed into a previously washed natural pork casing. The final step is drying, first in an electric oven, then in an oak wood stove (which gives it a characteristic flavor and aroma), and finally, it is placed in a drying rack to complete the curing process.
