It's a sausage made from lean meat and fat in a mixture of small pieces. Its flavor is light and slightly salty, with a bright reddish appearance. It's lined with natural casing and cured in a traditional smokehouse (oak wood). Chouriço de Carne can be eaten raw, cooked, roasted, or fried, making it ideal for roasting or grilling.
