White Pork Meat Sausage from Alentejo - Oriola

Composed of streaky bacon, fat, and wheat flour, this soft sausage has a very unique flavor unlike any other sausage anywhere in the world, with a refined, intense aroma resulting from the added spices and curing in a holm oak wood smoker.

Suggested Consumption:
It should preferably be consumed roasted, boiled, or fried. An excellent accompaniment to the traditional Portuguese stew, Cozido à Portuguesa, or Feijoada. Before cooking, try pricking it with a fork to prevent it from bursting.
