Ingredients/Composition

Rice ingredients: Rice. Accept: Accept extra virgin olives. Dehydrated broth: spices (garlic, ñora, onion, paprika, pepper, and saffron), salt, natural flavorings (contains CRUSTACEANS, HAKE, and SHELLFISH EXTRACT), sugar, tomato, and coloring (curcumin).

• How to use

• 1. Add 30 ml of oil to the pan and heat over medium-low heat. For a personal touch, sauté some squid and shrimp, or add some mussels in the last 5 minutes of cooking (ingredients not included). 2. Add 200 g of rice and stir for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add 25 g of dehydrated broth and distribute evenly. Add 750 ml of warm water (3 cups) and increase the heat to medium-high. 4. Cook on medium-high for the first 10 minutes. Then, reduce the heat to medium-low until the rice has absorbed all the liquid (approx. 10 more minutes). Tip: The heat should be evenly distributed throughout the base of the paella pan.
