House Moira: A sausage made from pork meat and blood mixed with additives, seasonings, and spices. The resulting mixture is stuffed into a natural pork casing, which has been previously washed. The final step involves drying, first in an electric kiln, then in a holm oak wood-fired kiln (which gives it its characteristic flavor and aroma), and finally, it is placed in a drying room to complete the curing process.
