This fantastic sausage is made from a blend of lean black pork meat; its flavor is mild, slightly smoky, yet a little more intense than its white pork counterpart. Its color is a darker red, characteristic of black pork, and its texture is very tender.

It should preferably be consumed raw and in very thin slices.
